Send Your Drawings for a CNC Machining Quote

Send your drawings, or a short description of the part if you do not have CAD yet. To request a CNC machining quote, put material, quantity, finish and any critical tolerances in your first message — that is usually the difference between one reply and a week of back-and-forth. We send detailed quotes within 24 hours, and the CNC machining supplier contact details on this page go straight to our team in Dongguan.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What file formats do you accept?

STEP, IGES, PDF, DWG, DXF, JPG, PNG — and ZIP if you are sending a whole drawing package. What files do I need to send for a CNC quote? One 3D model, or one 2D drawing with dimensions and tolerances, is enough to price the part; a marked-up PDF or a photo with notes works too. Individual files up to 20MB are fine, and anything larger can come by email. If your format is not on the list, send it anyway and we will tell you whether we can read it.

What is your minimum order quantity?

No minimum. We machine single prototypes and production runs of 1,000+ units on the same equipment, so the quote form is the same either way — quantity changes the unit price and the delivery date, not whether we take the job. For a rapid CNC prototyping quote, send the drawing as it stands; the design does not have to be finished for us to price it.

How quickly can you deliver prototypes and production orders?

Prototypes usually ship in 3–5 days once the drawing is approved. Production orders typically ship in 7–15 days, depending on quantity, material and finish. CNC machining lead time for prototypes starts from the final files, so sending everything with the first message is what keeps a date realistic. If you are working to a fixed delivery date, put it in the inquiry and we will confirm it with the quote instead of after the order.

Do you provide inspection reports?

Yes. Every shipment includes a dimensional inspection report, and CMM reports are available on request. If specific dimensions matter to your incoming inspection, tell us at quote stage — it is easier to build them into the check sheet than to add them after the parts are machined.
