Inside Our Dongguan CNC Workshop: Machines, Tooling and Inspection

Every photograph on this page was taken on our own floor in Dongguan, Guangdong. Machining centres, lathes, milling machines, grinding and wire EDM — plus the inspection bench where parts are measured before they ship.

Workshop Floor

Machining floor and equipment

The floor is laid out by process: machining centres and turn-mill centres take the multi-feature work, lathes cover turned parts and one-offs, and surface grinders and wire EDM finish the jobs a milling cutter cannot hold.

Measuring and inspection equipment

Parts are checked where they are made, not only at the end of the order. First-article inspection, in-process checks and final inspection run on the equipment below — measured by the same team that machined the part.
