Custom Brackets & Clamps, Made to Your Drawings
Hinge brackets, mounting plates, machined clamp arms and levers, and support brackets — parts that carry load, align an assembly or hold something else in place. Custom brackets manufacturing to your drawing, in stainless, aluminium, carbon steel or brass.
Parts That Have to Fit Someone Else's Assembly
Brackets and clamps are defined by their interfaces — hole spacing, hole diameter and mounting angle. Those are the dimensions we hold first, then we cut the rest of the form around them.
Hinge & mounting brackets
Machined and formed hinge and mounting brackets with matched hole patterns, counterbores and chamfered edges, so a pair drops into place without rework.
Clamp arms & levers
Machined clamp arms and levers in anodised aluminium or stainless, with pivot bores, slots and radii cut so the arm swings without binding.
Support & mounting plates
Support plates and spacers with tapped patterns, relief pockets and deburred edges, so they seat cleanly and are safe to handle.

Usually Stainless or Anodised Aluminium
Brackets and clamps are most often 304 / 316 stainless or 6061 aluminium. Buyers sourcing stainless steel brackets from China usually start at 304 or 316 — that covers most of what we machine; 6061 takes the lighter clamp arms and plates. Anodising, passivation and zinc plating are available.
Typical materials
- Stainless steel 304 / 316
- Aluminium 6061 / 7075
- Carbon steel 1018 / 1045
- Brass C360
Typical finishes
- Anodising (clear, black, hard)
- Passivation
- Zinc / nickel plating
- Bead blasting, polishing
Tolerances and surface finishes are confirmed per drawing in your quotation. Where a drawing calls for it, we hold ±0.005 mm.
Send Us the Interface Dimensions
Hole spacing, hole size, thickness and material are usually enough for us to quote a bracket. Photos and sketches are welcome, and quotes come back within 24 hours.
