Milled Parts

CNC Milled Plates and Frames, Built from Your Drawings

Flat parts with real geometry — pockets, slots, bored holes, tapped features, and frames that still have to be square and parallel after the last cut.

What We Machine

Machined Plates and Frames Where Flatness and Position Decide the Fit

We mill every face off one datum set, so holes and pockets land where your drawing puts them — the first thing a CNC milled parts manufacturer has to get right.

Pocketed plates

Base and mounting plates with stepped pockets, counterbores and tapped hole patterns, all located off the same reference.

Frames & windows

Rectangular frames, window plates and bezel-type parts, where the opening has to come out clean, on size and true to the outside edge.

Blocks & bodies

Custom machined blocks, fixture bodies and housings with bored bores, slots and mating faces that have to seat properly.

Representative Parts

Milled Parts From Recent Production Runs

Representative geometry only — customer drawings and part numbers stay out of our galleries.

Getting a Quote

Tell Us Which Faces and Holes Have to Be Held

The most useful thing you can send with a milled part is the short list of faces, bores and hole positions that are actually critical.

Send us

  • A STEP / IGES model, or a dimensioned PDF / DXF
  • Material and surface finish
  • Quantity per batch

We confirm back

  • Unit price and lead time
  • Any tolerance we cannot hold
  • A different process if it takes cost out

Tolerances and surface finishes are set per drawing and confirmed in your quotation.

Send Us Your Milled Part Drawing

STEP, IGES, PDF, DWG, DXF or a photo of the print — up to 20 MB per file. We reply within 24 hours.
