Quality Control and Inspection Before Every Shipment
How are machined parts inspected before they ship? Every part is measured in-house — Mitutoyo CMM inspection, height gauges and a profilometer — and a full dimensional inspection report is available with every order.
Mitutoyo Instruments in Our Inspection Room
Every Mitutoyo instrument in our inspection room is calibrated annually.
CMM
Mitutoyo Crysta CMM. 500 x 400 x 300 mm measuring range. ±0.003mm accuracy. This is where we confirm CNC machining tolerances to drawing on bores, profiles and hole positions.
Height Gauges
Mitutoyo digital height gauges. 0-600 mm range. ±0.005mm accuracy. Used for step heights, hole positions and datum faces where a fast check keeps the batch moving.
Profilometer
Surface roughness measurement in Ra and Rz. Down to Ra 0.4 μm, so sealing faces and bearing surfaces can be signed off before assembly.
Thread Gauges
Metric and imperial thread gauges. Go/no-go verification on every threaded feature, so threads are proven before the part reaches your assembly line.
Three-Stage Inspection: Incoming, In-Process, Final
As an ISO 9001:2015 CNC machining supplier, we run every order through the same three stages — and nothing leaves without inspection data behind it.
Incoming QC
Raw material verification and certification check before production begins. Wrong grade or wrong certification is caught here, not after the part is machined.
In-Process QC
First article inspection + periodic sampling during production runs, so a drifting dimension shows up mid-run instead of at final inspection.
Final QC
100% dimensional inspection on critical features. Full dimensional inspection report ships with the order, ready to file against your PO.
