Custom CNC Turned Parts, Precision Manufacturing
As a CNC turned parts supplier in Dongguan since 2009, we turn shafts, bushings, collars, spindles and rings on CNC lathes and turning-milling compound machines, and we inspect every batch before it is packed.
Round Parts Held to One Axis
Turning covers the parts that are mostly round: diameters, shoulders, grooves, threads and bores that have to sit concentric to each other. That concentricity is where these parts pass or fail — a bore that does not run true to the diameter it fits will not seat. We hold turned diameters to ±0.005 mm where the drawing calls for it, and every batch leaves with a dimensional inspection record.
Shafts & spindles
Stepped shafts, spindles with ground shoulders and pin-type parts — custom turned shafts and bushings where concentricity between diameters is what decides whether the assembly runs true.
Bushings & collars
Sleeves, flanged bushings, slotted bushings and spacers — press-fit diameters, oil grooves and cross-drilled holes, with the bore and the outside diameter cut on the same centerline.
Threaded & mill-turn parts
External and internal threads, plus parts that need milling after turning — flats, slots and cross-holes kept in one setup, so their position stays tied to the turned axis.
