Custom Jigs & Fixtures, for Automation & Production Lines
Custom jigs and fixtures for workholding, inspection and forming — locating pins, clamps and datum faces that put your part in the right place, repeatably.
Every Fixture Starts With the Part It Holds
Send the part (or its model) and the operation it runs on. Locating points, datum faces and clamp access all come from the part, so we settle that scheme first — then machine the fixture in-house by CNC milling, turning, surface grinding and wire EDM.
Workholding fixtures
Machining and assembly fixtures with locating pins, clamps and datum faces sized to your part. As a workholding fixture manufacturer we machine and grind the contact faces ourselves.
Inspection jigs & gauges
Go / no-go and check fixtures for incoming and in-process inspection. As an inspection jig and gauge maker we build the gauge around the critical dimensions on your drawing, with a dimensional report for each batch.
Die & tooling components
Forming die parts machining from tool steel: die blocks, punches and seats, ground on the working faces where the die needs it.
Fixtures & Tooling From Recent Batches
Representative geometry only — customer fixture designs are never published.
The Part Comes First, the Fixture Second
Fixture quotes depend on the part, so there is no catalogue price. The three items below are what we need before we can give you a firm number.
1 — The part
- Part model or drawing, in the format you already have
- Critical dimensions to control
- Material and how it is produced
2 — The operation
- Machine or bench it mounts on
- Manual or automated clamping
- Cycle time and operator access
3 — The volume
- One fixture or a set
- Replacement wear parts
- Whether the design should be reusable for the next run
Tolerances and surface finishes are confirmed per drawing in your quotation, and we work to ISO 9001:2015.
