Custom Brass Fittings, Machined to Your Drawings
Threaded fittings, nipples, adaptors and bronze-type bushings turned from brass bar — for fluid, pneumatic and mechanical assemblies. We are a brass fittings manufacturer in Dongguan, working from customer drawings.
Brass Fittings Are Usually About Threads and Sealing Faces
Threads have to engage, seats have to seal and bores have to line up. Miss one and the joint weeps, cross-threads on assembly or pulls up off-square. Those three features are what we measure and report on every batch — the same checks we apply to custom brass bushings and adaptors.
Threaded fittings
Nipples, adaptors, hose tails and reducers with external and internal threads, flats and sealing faces — most come off the CNC lathe complete in one or two setups.
Bushings & sleeves
Plain and slotted bushings, bronze-type bearing sleeves and flanged collars with controlled bores — held to ±0.005 mm where the drawing calls for it, and checked on a height gauge or a 2D vision measuring system.
Adaptors & inserts
Transition adaptors, threaded inserts and small machined hardware for existing assemblies — including sizes that have to match a bought-in port.
Brass & Copper Alloy Parts From Recent Batches
Representative geometry only — customer parts are never published. Thread callouts, seats and bore sizes come from your drawing, not from these photos.
Tell Us the Thread Standard
Metric, BSP / G, NPT and UNF / UNC threads are all machined to drawing. If a fitting has to mate with a bought-in part, send its datasheet — we cut to the callout on it rather than assuming a standard.
Typical materials
- Brass C360 (free-cutting)
- Copper C110
- Bronze / bearing alloys
- Stainless 303 / 316 on request
Thread & finish options
- Metric and BSP / G
- NPT and UNF / UNC
- As-machined or polished
- Nickel plating on request
Thread standards, tolerances and finishes are confirmed per drawing in your quotation. Every batch ships with a dimensional inspection report under ISO 9001:2015.
Send the Thread and the Seat
A drawing with the thread callout and sealing face is enough. We reply with price and lead time within 24 hours; prototypes typically run 3–5 days and production 7–15 days.
