CNC Milled Parts

CNC Milled Parts, Square Parts Cut From Solid

Milling covers the parts that are not round: plates, blocks, frames, brackets, clamp arms and fixture bodies. Features are cut on 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining centres, most of them in one setup, and every batch ships with a dimensional inspection record.

Three Sub-Families

Milled Parts Break Down Into Three Groups

All three are prismatic parts cut from plate or block, where parallelism, squareness and hole position decide whether the assembly goes together. Open a group to see representative parts and what we need to quote.

How We Machine Them

Milling, Drilling and Boring, In House

Milling is the process for everything that is not turned. We cut from plate, block and extruded stock on 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining centres, then finish where the drawing calls for it. Tolerance is confirmed per drawing; milling typically holds ±0.01 mm.

3-, 4- and 5-axis milling

Prismatic parts with pockets, ribs, angled faces and curved surfaces, machined on 3-, 4- and 5-axis centres — multi-face work in one setup wherever the geometry allows.

Boring, reaming and tapping

Holes held to position and diameter: bored and reamed fits, tapped threads, counterbores and dowel-pin holes, with datums set so they land where the mating part expects them.

Finishing on request

Anodising (types II and III), powder coating, zinc and nickel plating, passivation, polishing and blackening, applied to your drawing's specification.
